> Rallied is an AI technician for MSPs (managed service providers). It connects to your PSA, RMM, identity, and documentation stack and autonomously resolves L1/L2 tickets — password resets, account unlocks, mailbox permissions, group changes, onboarding, and offboarding — end to end, without a human touching the ticket.

- Pricing: $3 per ticket outcome, with a $150/month minimum. An outcome is a ticket where Rallied made a real change in your systems (reset a password, unlocked an account, created a mailbox) or ran a workflow start to finish.
