We spent years building IT automation for enterprise teams. Access management, identity lifecycle, onboarding. The repetitive work that eats hours every week and nobody wants to do manually. We automated over 50% of it for companies like Vuori, OpenGov, Webflow, Indeed, Synthesia, and National Geographic.

Through that work, we kept seeing the same thing: MSPs were handling the exact same tickets — password resets, account unlocks, access requests — but with worse tools and tighter margins. The market was full of workflow engines that needed a dedicated admin and AI wrappers that could summarize a ticket but not resolve it.
