Your PSA wasn’t built for AI

Rallied is the AI agent for MSPs. Automate up to 60% of the grunt work your technicians shouldn’t be doing, right in your PSA: onboarding, offboarding, password resets, mailbox access.

Routine tickets are eating your margin

Without Rallied

Simple tickets sit in the queue

A client can wait an hour for someone to pick up a ticket that takes 30 seconds to close.

Your L2s are resetting passwords

Lockouts and access requests fill the day of the people you hired for project work. You pay L2 rates for L1 tasks.

The last automation tool came with a second job

Months of build time, someone whose real job became managing it, and it still only suggests the next step instead of doing it.

Documentation waits until the end of the day

Notes get written from memory hours after the work, when they get written at all.

With Rallied

The work starts before a tech opens the ticket

Rallied pulls the client’s context and begins resolving the request the moment it lands.

Routine work runs without a tech

Rallied does the routine work and pulls in a person only when the call needs judgment or your approval. Your techs stay on billable projects.

Rallied closes the ticket

It investigates, does the approved work, and tells the client what happened.

The PSA stays current

Rallied writes the notes and time entries as it works, so the ticket is documented the moment it closes.

First touch to resolved, inside your PSA

First touch on every ticket

Rallied takes first touch on every ticket. It checks the client’s live state across your connected systems, diagnoses the real issue, and resolves L1 and L2 requests inside your PSA before a tech would have opened the tab.

Automate any workflow in natural language

Write the runbook in plain English and Rallied follows it step by step: offboard a departing user, set up a new hire, reset a stuck print queue, with every action logged to the ticket.

Rallied workflow: offboard departing employee, with the trigger and numbered steps written in plain English

In-context chat, right in your PSA

Chat with the agent from the ConnectWise pod or the HaloPSA tab. It pulls relevant context from your PSA, RMM and docs to guide the technician to the correct next step.

Endpoint fixes without remoting in

Rallied finds the endpoint in your RMM, runs the approved script, and writes the result back to the ticket.

From setup to results in days, not months

01

Integrate your stack

Rallied connects to your PSA, RMM, Docs and more to start building context. Configure what actions your agent can run autonomously and which require a human in the loop.

02

Test and iterate

Run Rallied in Plan mode or go straight to execution. Evaluate the agent’s responses and write runbooks in natural language to define specific workflows.

03

Deploy everywhere

Once you’re happy with the results, deploy the agent across all your clients.

Don’t take our word for it

Rallied tells the technicians exactly what to go do. They do it and it fixes the ticket. Really super impressive.

Secure by architecture, not by promise

Rallied is built for governed agent execution in MSP environments. Control autonomy through approvals, least-privilege access, identity checks, and audit-ready logs.

Policy-bound execution
The agent acts within the actions you’ve allowed, not open-ended autonomy. Anything outside its scope is refused.
Approval-gated actions
Sensitive operations route to a technician for sign-off. Routine work resolves automatically.
Least-privilege access
Each client gets a dedicated agent scoped to that client’s users, tickets, and runbooks.
Identity verification
Require an MFA check that confirms the requester is who they say they are before password or access changes run.
Audit-ready logs
Every tool call, approval, and refusal is logged with the reason. Every execution is auditable.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to get started?

Most MSPs connect their PSA and go live in under a week. Rallied starts in Plan Mode, showing what it would do without making changes, so you can check its work on real tickets first.

What do we have to build or maintain?

Nothing on client machines, and no workflow library to build before it starts working. Rallied reads your PSA and documentation live and handles tickets with its own judgment from day one. When you want something done a specific way, you write it in plain English. That’s the only authoring there is, and it’s optional.

Every client we support does things differently. Do we have to change how we work?

No. Rallied holds separate instructions at three levels: your MSP, each client, and each integration. Write the rule the way you’d brief a tech: “for Parkview, always CC the office manager on mailbox changes.” It applies to that client only, and everyone else keeps your defaults.

Which PSAs do you support?

ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, Autotask, SuperOps, and Jira Service Management. Rallied begins work when a ticket reaches the status you choose.

What happens when Rallied isn’t sure?

It hands the ticket to a tech. The diagnosis, client history, and next steps are already in the notes, so nobody starts from scratch.

How much control do we have?

You can allow, require approval for, or disable each action, and set different rules for different clients. Password resets might run automatically while onboarding waits for approval. New connections start with conservative defaults, and you widen access as the agent earns it.

Can we try it before we commit?

14 days free, no credit card. Most MSPs start in Plan Mode, where Rallied posts what it would do on every ticket without changing anything, so you can check its judgment against real tickets in your own queue before it touches a system.

How does pricing work?

$3 per resolved ticket, with a $150 monthly minimum that covers your first 50 resolutions. A resolved ticket is one where Rallied took action and the ticket then closed. Diagnosis, triage, and handoffs are free, and techs, clients, and tickets are unlimited.

Why charge per outcome instead of per endpoint or per user?

Because endpoints and users don’t tell you what the work was. You’re charged $3 when Rallied actually changed something in one of your systems or ran one of your workflows start to finish. Tickets it reads, diagnoses, or hands to a tech are free, and a ticket it couldn’t move costs nothing. Set a monthly cap and Rallied pauses new work when you reach it.

Couldn’t we just build this ourselves?

You can build a convincing demo in a weekend. The hard part is everything that follows: client-by-client guardrails, vendor API changes, and making sure the whole team can run it without relying on the one person who built it.
