What counts as a ticket?
Any ticket Rallied works on. Triaged, resolved, escalated, attempted: same 50¢. No charge per reply, per action, or per tool call. If Rallied tries and can't fully resolve, that ticket still counts. The resolution rate is high enough that your effective per-resolved cost stays 95%+ below a human tech.
How does voice billing work?
$0.50 per minute of agent talk time on inbound calls, billed by the second. If a call creates a PSA ticket, you're billed for the minutes only, no $0.50 ticket charge on top.
Is there really no base fee?
None. Zero tickets = zero bill. No platform fee, no seat license, no setup fee, no minimum commit.
Can I cap my monthly spend?
Yes. Set a monthly cap and Rallied pauses new work when it hits. Soft alerts at 50%, 75%, 90%.
Annual prepay, am I locked in?
No. 20% off the per-unit rates ($0.40/ticket, $0.40/min voice). Cancel mid-year and we refund the unused balance prorated. You get the discount without the lock-in.
