cipp.exe

CIPP Integration
With CIPP connected, the Exchange tools run through CIPP, so you don’t assign the Exchange Administrator role per tenant. Rallied also grants the missing consents across your tenants automatically, all at once or one by one.
What you get
Exchange tools run through CIPP
You don’t assign the Exchange Administrator role per tenant. Shared mailboxes and distribution lists go through CIPP instead.
Missing consents get granted automatically
Rallied fills in the consents that are still missing. You don’t click through a dialog in each customer tenant.
All at once, or one by one
Consent all your tenants in one go, or work down the list tenant by tenant. You pick.
Microsoft 365 still works if you skip it
CIPP is optional. Without it you assign Exchange Admin and grant consent by hand, one tenant at a time.
What it handles
- Runs Exchange tools through CIPP
- Skips assigning Exchange Administrator per tenant
- Grants missing consents automatically
- All at once, or one tenant at a time
- Falls back to per-tenant Exchange setup if you disconnect
