Every note links to the article or asset behind it. One click shows a technician why Rallied did what it did.
Your docs stop going stale
After a fix, Rallied writes a draft article. A technician approves the article. Rallied then adds it to Hudu.
Client data stays separate
Rallied reads only the Hudu company for the client on the ticket. Data from one client does not appear on another client's ticket.
