NinjaOne Integration
It diagnoses and fixes problems on the machines NinjaOne already manages, without anyone remoting in. Your clients are back up sooner, and your techs stay off the session.
What you get
Diagnosis before anyone remotes in
Rallied pulls recent activity, installed software, running services, disks, and open alerts off the device the moment an alert fires. Your tech opens the ticket to a diagnosis rather than a machine name.
It uses the scripts you already have
Fixes come from the library scripts your admins already wrote, on one machine or a whole customer. You don't have to build anything new first.
No remote session required
A stuck Windows service restarts and a device reboots without a tech opening a session on it. On Linux and macOS, Rallied runs the one-off commands somebody would otherwise SSH in for.
Changes wait for a person
Anything that changes a device waits for approval by default, and you see the exact script first. Custom bash runs as root, so that one always needs a technician.
What it handles
- Reads device activity, installed software, services, disks, and open alerts
- Runs the library scripts your admins already wrote
- Restarts a stuck Windows service without a remote session
- Reboots the device by whichever route its operating system supports
- Runs one-off bash on Linux and macOS instead of an SSH session
- Opens and updates NinjaOne tickets so device work stays on record
