OneTime Secret Integration
Temporary passwords and recovery codes go out as a single-use link, so the cleartext never lands in the ticket, the transcript, or the chat log. Nobody has to go back later and redact it.
What you get
Nothing left behind in the ticket
The user opens the link once and the value goes with it. Nobody has to go back later and redact ticket #4832.
You set how long the link lives
A link lasts 24 hours by default, shortened for a live call or stretched out to 14 days. Domain admin and banking logins can carry a passphrase that goes separately.
Your call on approvals
Making the link is auto-approved out of the box, and you can switch it to needs approval if you want somebody reading each one first. The link goes out on whichever channel the ticket is already using.
It fails safe
If One-Time Secret errors, the agent does not paste the credential on the ticket. It stops and asks a technician to deliver it by hand.
