microsoft-365.exe

Microsoft 365 Integration

Your techs don't have to sign in to each customer's tenant to do the Microsoft 365 work. New hires get set up, leavers get shut down, and a compromised account gets locked down while the ticket is still new.

What you get

New hires and leavers get done without opening the tenant

Rallied creates the account, assigns the licenses, and puts them in the right groups, then disables or turns them back on later and kills their sessions on the way out. Your tech never opens the tenant to do it.

Every tenant is in one list

Every customer tenant you have a GDAP relationship with is in one list, so nobody has to hunt for the right sign-in. A tenant stays locked until you consent to it.

A compromised account gets locked down while it's still happening

If an account looks compromised, Rallied kills the active sessions and checks whether Microsoft marked them as risky. It can send the notice from a mailbox in that tenant too.

You decide what it can do on its own

Password resets, user creation, and group changes wait for a technician until you change that, and you decide per tool what runs on its own.

What it handles

  • Finishes new-hire and termination tickets, from account created to disabled
  • Changes licences and resets passwords from the ticket
  • Adds and removes security group and distribution list members
  • Grants shared mailbox access, converts mailboxes, and sets forwarding
  • Revokes sign-in sessions and checks failures and risky users
  • Sends incident email from a mailbox in that tenant
  • Lists every customer tenant you manage, onboarded or not
  • Consents all your tenants at once if you run CIPP
